TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE A RESALE TAX CERTIFICATE and supply us with that number before pricing will be discussed.

CUSTOM COLORS AND HEIGHTS AVAILABLE: Minimum order is $300.00 plus 20% up-charge.

REFINISHING AVAILABLE: On Hines and other containers. Allow 4 weeks lead time on custom colors and refinishing.

TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice with credit approval. All orders under $200.00 will be shipped C.O.D.

We accept:

APPROVAL: All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by our office.

SHIPMENTS: F.O.B. Houston, Texas. Shipment via carrier of your choice. If no choice is given, we reserve the right to use the best method available.

PRICES: Subject to change without notice.

ORDER CHANGES: All changes to purchase orders must be made 72 hours prior to shipment.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be received 72 hours prior to shipment.

RETURNS: No return of merchandise will be accepted without our written consent. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return freight is to be prepaid by the customer.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS: Will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect.
